The rules

sportclubs.bid is a fan-funded board. You pay to push a club up. Clubs don’t get the cash. Leagues didn’t sign off on this. Rank is the total fans have put in — that’s the whole trick.

How ranking works

• Pick a sport. Paste the club website. Pay. That amount is added to the club’s total in that sport.
• Highest total is #1. Same total? Whoever got there first keeps the higher spot.
• Backing starts at €1.50. Want to drop more than €100,000? Ping us first.
• Already on the list? Hit Boost. You only add money. Name, crest and bio stay locked. You pay the number you type — it stacks, it doesn’t replace.
• New club: we pull the name, crest and bio from the website. You don’t write them.
• The gold card and the crown are for a club that has actually been backed. A name with €0 is on the pitch, not on the throne.
• Each sport is its own board. Money on Soccer does nothing for Basketball.

Takeover

• Steal the #1 banner in a sport for 2 hours.
• Price is the higher of €49 or 5× the current #1 total.
• Only clubs already live on that board. One takeover at a time per sport.
• When the clock hits zero, the regular ranking is back in charge.

What you can list

• A real club website. The sports on the strip — Soccer, Basketball, and the rest.
• No porn, no xxx, no adult platforms. A normal sports club goes up as soon as you pay. If it doesn’t belong on a family pitch, it doesn’t belong here.
• Paste the actual site, not a shortener. We follow the club, not the tracker.
• We can hide or take down a listing that breaks this. The payment still stands.

After you pay

• Stripe saying paid is what claims the rank. Closing the tab after checkout still counts.
• Adult sites are blocked. A sports club is public the moment Stripe says paid — unless you turned on extra review in admin.
• Your listing is public. Clicks leave through us, with a tag so the club can see it came from sportclubs.bid.
• You’re buying a spot on a board — advertising — not donating to the club and not buying the club.

Refunds

• The product is the spot: the total goes up, or the takeover banner goes up, the moment payment clears. By paying you ask for that to happen right away, so the usual 14-day cooling-off does not apply.
• Someone Boosts past you the next morning? That’s the game. No refund.
• We pull a listing because it broke these rules? No refund. You paid for a shot, not a permanent billboard if you cheat.
• Stripe took the money and the club never appeared — and it isn’t waiting in review? That’s on us. Write to the merchant email on your Stripe receipt with the payment. We’ll fix a miss. We won’t unwind a rank you already had.
• A “changed my mind” chargeback gets the listing pulled.

Not official

• Not run by the clubs, not run by the federations. Crests on the board are fan noise, not an endorsement.
• We can update these rules. The text on this page is the one that counts.
